Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) CMD Sanjay Kumar Jain on Friday, June 12, held a fruitful and constructive interaction with the members of the PATA India Chapter.

The discussion was held at the IRCTC Corporate Office.

Sharing photographs from the meeting, IRCTC informed on X that the discussion remains focused on strengthening tourism development, fostering regional cooperation, and exploring collaborative opportunities to enhance travel and tourism across the region.

“The meeting underscored a shared commitment towards sustainable tourism growth and greater industry partnerships,” it added.

Sanjay Kumar Jain, an Indian Railway Traffic Services (IRTS) Officer of 1990 batch, took over as the Chairman & Managing Director of IRCTC in February 2024.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), his career is a blend of leadership roles in policy making, commercial ventures and developmental ventures of the central government and PSUs. He holds more than three decades of experience of handling important portfolios in Ministry of Railways, PSUs and Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
